Announcements:

FOR CLARIFICATION: We will re-vote part one of CC&R #34 first.

Part one: Eliminate Unimproved Lot status and change all regular assessment to be the same amount. All lots will have a regular assessment rate as outlined in Addendum A, Assessment and Violation Fee.

The re-vote of all other CC&R and bylaws changes will be done after the results of part one of #34 is determined.  If part one DOES NOT pass, part two of CC&R #34 will be included with all other CC&R changes for re-vote.

Part two: A lot is considered "unimproved" unless sewer is connected, or structure built thereon.  If the home/structure has been removed, status on the lot reverts to "unimproved".  If, subsequently, a home/structure is placed on said lot, the lot will revert to improved.

If part one of CC&R #34 DOES pass then part two becomes moot and will not be included with all other CC&R changes for re-vote.  Ballots for part one of CC&R #34 will be sent Monday, October 13th and due back November 5th.  Ballots for all other CC&R changes will be sent soon after.

NEW CODE FOR GATE CLICKERS

The code for the gate clickers has been changed.  An email and text was sent to members with the new code.  If you did not receive it please contact the office.
